Ring group
Everyone at once, one after another, or in a fixed order.

Transcribed and sent to Telegram, email or a webhook.
Announcement
Text-to-speech, your recording, or an MP3.

Safe changes
Edit without fear
Work on a draft while the live flow keeps answering calls. Publish when the simulator says it’s right — and roll back in one click if it isn’t.
- Drafts that don’t touch live calls
- Version history with one-click rollback
- Scheduled flows: “closed from 24 to 26 December”
- A fallback flow you can switch on instantly
- Anti-robot step: “press 1 to be connected”
Greetings
Sound like a company in every language
Three ways to set what callers hear — all included, all changeable in seconds.
Text-to-speech
Type the greeting, pick a language and a voice. Change it anytime without re-recording.
Record in the browser
Use your own voice: record, listen back, keep the best take.
Upload an MP3
Already have a professional recording? Drop it in.
What is a call flow?
The path an incoming call follows: check the business hours, play a greeting, offer a menu, ring a group or a queue, take a voicemail. You build it with blocks and can change it at any time.
Can I have different flows for different numbers?
Yes. Each number can have its own flow, or several numbers — even in different countries — can share one.
Which languages can greetings use?
Text-to-speech greetings are available in many languages and voices. You can also record your own voice in the browser or upload an MP3.
How do I avoid robocalls?
Add a “press 1 to be connected” step: automated callers rarely press a key, people always do.
Your first flow is a template away
Pick a template, adjust it, test it in the simulator.
