Why is the price in dollars if I pay in crypto?
So you never have to do exchange-rate maths. Every price is fixed in US dollars; at checkout we convert it into the coin you choose and lock that quote for 30 minutes.
What is the activation fee for?
It covers the one-off cost of setting a number up: reserving it with the operator, provisioning the line and routing it to your account. It’s $15 once per number, whatever the country or type. It isn’t charged again when you renew or when we swap a number under the 72-hour guarantee, and it’s refunded in full if the number doesn’t work for what you bought it for and no replacement exists.
What are Premium and Gold numbers?
Numbers from our stock with memorable digits. Premium numbers (+$29 once) have four identical digits in a row, three at the end, a run like 1234, or a pattern like 1212 or 1221. Gold numbers (+$99 once) are rarer: six identical digits or five at the end, a straight run of six, a repeated block like 123123 or a round pattern like 400500. Standard numbers are included. The category comes from the digits, each number shows why it qualifies before you pick it, and the fee is paid once — renewals cost the rental only.
Does my price change when I renew?
No. A renewal costs the rental only — the activation and any Premium or Gold fee are paid once. The price you pay today is the price you renew at, for as long as you keep the number. Switching to a longer rental later gives you that rental’s discount, prorated.
What exactly is pay-as-you-go?
Outgoing calls, outgoing texts, calls forwarded to another phone and long-term recording storage are paid from your balance, at the published rates. Each price shows before you call or send. Incoming calls and texts are included on every number.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but a guarantee: if a number doesn’t work for what you bought it for, we replace it for free within 72 hours.
Can I get my money back?
Your unused balance never expires and can be refunded in crypto at any time — you only pay the network fee. Rental periods that have started aren’t refunded, except under the 72-hour swap guarantee. If a number doesn’t work for what you bought it for and no working replacement exists, you get everything back, activation included. See the refund policy for details.
How much does the business phone system cost?
Nothing per user. You pay for the numbers you rent and the minutes you use; extensions, call flows, the simulator and the shared inbox come with it.
