How support works
Do I need to create an account first?
Yes — it takes ten seconds and asks for nothing personal: choose a password and you get a random 16-digit account number. Then add a passkey or an authenticator app to protect it.
Can I close the page while my payment confirms?
Yes. Your balance is credited as soon as the payment confirms, whether the page is open or not. Sign back in to find it — with a passkey, you don’t even need your account number.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Too little: the payment page shows what’s missing, and you send the rest to the same address. Too much: use “Report a problem” on the payment, and the difference is added to your balance. Nothing is lost.
What if the verification code never arrives?
Open a ticket from your account within 72 hours of activation: we replace the number free of charge with an equivalent one — or refund the order if no working replacement is available.
