Is there a limit on extensions?
No. Add as many extensions as your team needs — there’s no fee per user. You pay for numbers and minutes.
How do team members join without an email?
You send an invitation link or show a QR code. They open it, choose how to sign in (passkey, 2FA app…) and get their extension.
Which desk phones work?
SIP desk phones from Yealink, Grandstream, Fanvil and Snom can be provisioned automatically from their MAC address. Other SIP phones work with manual settings.
Can I stop an extension from calling abroad?
Yes. Each extension has its own permissions (international calls on or off) and its own daily and monthly spending cap.
