Account without email

An account without email: sixteen digits instead of your address

Your account is a random number we generate for you, protected by a password — and, if you like, a passkey and an authenticator app. Nothing that points back to you.

How it starts

Ten seconds, no personal details

Choose a password, pass a quick anti-bot check, and your account number is generated on the spot.

  1. Choose a password

At least 10 characters. It’s hashed with Argon2id — we never see it.

  2. Save your account number

Copy it, download it as a text file or print it. It’s shown in full right away.

  3. Add a passkey

Face, fingerprint or security key: one tap to sign in, even without your account number.

  4. Turn on 2FA

Six-digit codes from an authenticator app, asked after your password.

Sign-in methods

Layers you control

Everything is managed from your security settings, and takes effect immediately.

  • Account number + password

The foundation: a random 16-digit number and a password of at least 10 characters, stored as an Argon2id hash.

  • Passkeys

Face, fingerprint or device PIN, synced by your password manager if you want. Phishing-resistant, with no account number to type.

  • Security keys

YubiKey, Nitrokey or any FIDO2 key that stores passkeys — a sign-in that never leaves your keyring.

  • Authenticator app

Six-digit codes from any TOTP app — Aegis, Ente Auth, 2FAS, Google Authenticator — asked after your password.

  • A way back in

Lost the phone with your authenticator? A passkey still signs you in — that’s why we suggest adding both.

  • Sessions you can see

Every signed-in device with its sign-in method and last activity. Sign one out, or all of them at once.

Protection

No back door, not even for us

Most account takeovers start with a convincing call to support. Ours has nothing to hand over: no reset procedure, no override, no “verification questions”.

  • Passwords hashed with Argon2id, never stored or logged in clear
  • Eight wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes
  • Removing a passkey or turning off 2FA asks for your password
  • Changing your password signs out every other session
  • Moving or porting a number requires your PIN and your 2FA

Questions

Account questions

All questions & answers

Is my account number a password?

No — it’s an identifier, like a username. Your password protects it, and you can add a passkey and an authenticator app on top.

I lost my account number. Can I still get in?

With a passkey, yes: it signs you in without typing anything, and your account number is shown again in your security settings. Without a passkey, you need your account number and your password — which is why we ask you to save the number when the account is created.

I forgot my password. Can it be reset?

Not by email — there’s no email to send it to. If you added a passkey, sign in with it and set a new password from your security settings, confirming with the same passkey. Without a passkey, nobody can reset it: we hold no email, name or document to check who you are.

What if I lose the phone with my authenticator app?

Sign in with a passkey: it doesn’t ask for the 6-digit code. Then turn two-step verification off and set it up again on your new phone. That’s why we suggest adding a passkey as soon as you turn on 2FA — without it, nobody can restore access: we hold no email, name or document to check who you are.

Do I ever need an email address?

No. The account never uses email — not to sign in, not to recover it, not to confirm anything.
