Call flow simulator

IVR simulator: test your phone menu before a single customer calls

Most phone systems tell you to “test outside business hours”. Ours lets you pick any day, time, caller and key — and shows exactly where the call goes.

  • Any scenario, instantly
  • Hear the announcements
  • Roll back in one click

Why it matters

Every mistake in a call flow costs a customer

Four situations worth checking before a real caller finds them.

  • Holidays and weekends

See what happens on Christmas Day or a Sunday night before a real customer finds out.

  • Callers from abroad

Check that Spanish-speaking callers hear Spanish, and that every language menu leads somewhere.

  • Every key, every branch

Walk each option of the menu, including the caller who presses nothing at all.

  • Then a real test call

“Call me” rings your own phone through the published flow, end to end.

Questions

Simulator questions

All questions & answers

Does the simulator call anyone?

No. It walks through your call flow on paper — conditions, menus, queues — and plays the announcements in your browser. When you’re happy, “Call me” places a real test call to your own phone.

Can I simulate holidays?

Yes. Public holidays are preloaded for each number’s country, and you can simulate any date — including the scheduled flows you set for closures.

What happens if I publish a mistake?

Every published version is kept. Roll back to the previous one in one click, or switch the whole number to your fallback flow.
